These terms govern your use of MagicSelf AI, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service transforms selfies you upload into AI-generated artwork in styles such as oil painting, watercolor, digital art and anime. Only transform your own photos, or photos of others with their permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and of the artwork generated from them, subject to these terms. Do not upload photos of minors, and do not use the service to create deceptive imagery of real people.

Credits and payment

Transformation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
